Terms of reservations and payments

For reservations of 1 to 2 nights, full payment must be paid in advance.

Beyond 2 nights, 10% of the amount of the stay must be paid (with a minimum of 50€).

The balance of the payments for stays are due on arrival. 

We accept Visa, Master Card and Amex bank cards, bank checks, holiday vouchers (ancv) (excluding deposits), remote payments in VAD as well as cash in Euro.

The conditions for canceling the stay

The 10% paid when booking is retained in the event of cancellation 90 days before arrival.
The 10% paid when booking is refunded in the event of cancellation more than 90 days before arrival.  

 

  Until August 30, 2022, in the event of cancellation linked to Covid19, cancellation is free.

Free services

Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided.

Towels and tea towels are changed every 3 to 4 days (depending on schedule and stays)

Sheets are changed once a week. A weekly cleaning is done once a week, when the sheets are changed.

Welcome products (toilet paper, shower gel, dishwashing liquid and sponge) are provided on arrival and then to be renewed by you.

Irons and hair dryers are available at reception.

Beach and board games are also available.

Wifi covers the entire residence

A double barbecue is available in the residence, it is important not to disturb your neighbors during its use and to clean it afterwards.

Arrivals are possible from 2 p.m.

The day of departure: rentals must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

You can then stay in the residence if you wish, we provide a secure room to keep your suitcases and you can also use a bathroom (shower and toilet) before your departure. So you can enjoy the beach in peace.

Paid services

Breakfasts (Ti Dejeuner or Continental) are served in the bungalow, at the price of 7€ or 15€ per person.

The washing machine with detergent is available at reception for €4 per round of laundry.

Cold and hot drinks are available at the reception.

Animals may be accepted in the residence under certain conditions.

On the day of departure, the bungalows must be left with the bins thrown away, the dishes clean and tidy, the floor swept.

If you do not want to perform these starting tasks, you can ask us to do so, we will charge you 35€ for the F2 bungalows and 25€ for the studios.
